BWM Group is a vertically integrated company offering genuine in-house one-stop services from spinning (yarn), weaving (greige fabric), dyeing & finishing (finished fabric) to cut & sew (bed linen items).
Our products include greige and finished fabric for both apparel and home textile.
We also supply superb quality bed linens to major retailers and hospitality industry around the world. Our hospitality customers range from major luxury chains, to boutique resorts, as well as budget hotels.
Our bedding range comprises 100% cotton and cotton-polyester blends; Egyptian, US, and Organic cotton; Percale, Sateen and Dobby weave, from 180 to 600 single-ply thread count per square inch.
The 2 spinning facilities in Bangkok and Pathumthani housed 122,000 spindles. All our yarns are ring-spun, and knot-free due to auto splicing at winders.
Our weaving facilities have a combined total of 500 modern weaving looms, weaving up to 140” in width. Given the range of machines that we have, we can produce fabric for both apparel and home textile, from extremely fine to heavy fabric.
Our plant has capability to process both narrow and wide-width fabric, from very light fabric (voile) to dense fabric (downproof) to heavy fabric (barbour jackets). The plant is fitted with continuous dyeing processes with stringent quality system.
The Cut and Sew facility for bed linen items has both automatic and manual sewing capabilities to accommodate for large programs with standard sewing requirements as well as smaller programs with more fancy specifications.
